Quote Requests and Orders

Quote Process

All quote requests are subject to our review and approval. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on material costs, order quantities, and design complexity.

Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement and required deposit. Production timelines begin after order confirmation and receipt of all necessary materials and specifications.

Payment Terms

Standard payment terms require a 50% deposit upon order confirmation, with the balance due before shipment. We accept bank transfers, certified checks, and approved credit terms for established customers.

Production and Delivery

Lead Times

Standard production lead times range from 2-6 weeks depending on order complexity and quantity. Rush orders may be accommodated for additional fees.

Quality Standards

All products are manufactured to meet or exceed industry standards for food packaging. We maintain ISO certification and follow strict quality control procedures.

Intellectual Property

All custom designs, artwork, and packaging solutions created by Joleci remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients retain rights to their own trademarks, logos, and brand elements.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the specific order in question. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Returns and Cancellations

Custom packaging orders cannot be canceled once production begins. Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects reported within 30 days of delivery.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, designs, and business relationships. Non-disclosure agreements are available upon request.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, or supply chain disruptions.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
